I was born and raised in a small Mennonite community on Vancouver Island, attending school in Black Creek and Courtenay.   My husband Bill and I moved to PG in 1976, where we planned to stay for a few years while he finished his HD Mechanic apprenticeship. 

It wasn't long before PG felt like "home".   Folks we met welcomed us here, and we soon became "threads in the fabric" of this friendly city.   From Day 1 I have been involved in the horse community, riding dressage and then more recently enjoying the western world of team penning, reining and lots more recreational riding.  The endless outdoor opportunities give us easy access to a variety of riding trails, ski hills and great fishing spots.

Our home is a 320-acre farm about 1/2 hour south of PG, where we raise a small herd of Angus X beef, a small collection of horses and one Border Collie.

Two sons - Adam, married to Nicole, lives in Pembroke, Ontario and is in the Canadian Forces based in nearby Petawawa.

Eldon is employed with the BC Ambulance Service in Burns Lake.

I worked for CIBC several years,  and then in various departments at PGRH as Nursing Unit Clerk and medical steno.  After 30 years I felt it was time for something new.  Coming from a family of realtors, I decided to take the Real Estate course through UBC in the fall of 2007.  

I do not take my relationships for granted, be they friends, family or clients.  I bring a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity to my new career and look forward to working with you!
