In 1973 I moved to Prince George from Quesnel and soon met Glen, my husband of 30 years. Although we have lived in Kamloops and Terrace for short periods of time for employment reasons, "home is where the heart is" and home will always be Prince George. Living here offers most of the amenities of living in the city, while retaining a smaller hometown feel, where people are genuinely concerned about each other.
This area offers a multitude of outdoor activities, and Glen and I make use of the opportunities close to home, particularly when it comes to boating.
I am currently a Director with Project Friendship where we connect people with special needs into local interest groups and associations to break down the walls of isolation.
I am also involved with the Festival of the Trees, which presents a wonderful opportunity for the people of Prince George and surrounding area to support the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation.
Most of my working life has been in the communications industry, where I have met many wonderful people. I also owned my own business for 8 years in the art and photography sector. I am currently building this business with the same focus on customer satisfaction as I have in my previous work experiences.
I would love to help you "make the right move" with respect to your real estate needs, and together we can help others in our community. With every completion, I will make a $100.00 donation in your name to Habitat for Humanity, Prince George.
