David Black has, with the exception of a six year stint in Dawson Creek, lived in the Prince George area since 1981. After twenty plus years in the Video Production and Broadcast Management industry he started a new career in Real Estate at the beginning of 2003. Since that time David has worked both residential and commercial but has specialized in commercial for the past two years. He is currently the Chair of the BC Northern Commercial Council, on the Board of Directors for the BC Northern Real Estate Board, on the Board of the BC Commercial Council and has completed 75% of the requirements for Certified Commercial Investment Member status (CCIM). David was recognized by the BC Northern Commercial Council for most units sold in 2007.
